General Provisions

db33 is an online entertainment and betting platform that provides cricket betting, live casino, slots, and other gaming services for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions define the legal relationship between db33 and its users.

By using the platform, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and that you are using this service entirely of your own free will. Use of any db33 service by minors is strictly prohibited.

1.2 Changes to Terms

Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on db33, users must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must provide accurate and truthful personal information
• Each individual may operate only one account
• The account must not be made available for use by any third party

2.1 Account Verification

db33 may request identity documents or other supporting documents for account verification at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold until the verification process is complete. Providing false information will result in account cancellation and associated funds may be seized.

2.2 Account Security

It is the user's own responsibility to keep their login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Any unauthorised access or suspicious activity on the account must be reported to db33 immediately. The user bears full responsibility for any loss resulting from third-party use of their account.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on db33 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). The platform supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major commercial banks).

3.1 Minimum Limits

The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. No transactions below these limits will be processed.

3.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, additional time may be required if account verification is pending or in cases of unusual transactions.

3.3 Transaction Restrictions

db33 reserves the right to temporarily hold suspicious or unusual transactions for review. If evidence of money laundering or fraud is found, the relevant account and funds may be seized and the authorities may be informed.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

db33 offers a welcome bonus for new users. This bonus applies to the first deposit only and is granted subject to specific terms and conditions.

4.1 Welcome Bonus Details

• 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000
• For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000
• Example for a larger deposit: depositing ৳22,000 attracts a maximum bonus of ৳20,000, for a total of ৳42,000

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw winnings from a bonus, wagering requirements must be met. Wagering is calculated at 15 times the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount.

Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 15 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before winnings earned from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses, providing false information, or attempting to exploit the system may result in cancellation of all bonuses and accounts. db33 reserves the right to withdraw any promotion at any time without giving a reason.

Gaming Rules

All games on db33 operate under a fair play policy. The games available on the platform are supplied by verified providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, and other reputable companies.

5.1 Betting Rules

• Each bet will be settled in accordance with the applicable rules
• If a bet is voided due to a technical error, the original staked amount will be refunded
• In the event of a dispute over a result, the decision of the db33 board will be considered final
• Changes to a decision after a bet has been settled are generally not possible

5.2 Sports Betting Rules

Before placing bets in sports betting, users must be informed about the rules of the relevant event. If a match or event is rescheduled or cancelled, db33 will settle bets in accordance with its established policy.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Placing bets using software bots or automated systems
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits
• Colluding with other users to exploit the system
• Participating in match fixing or any other illegal activity
• Intentionally exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform

VIP Program & Cashback

Regular active users on db33 may be included in the VIP program. This program has three tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit.

• Bronze Tier — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver Tier — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold Tier — up to 0.8% weekly cashback

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on the user's overall activity and loyalty. Eligibility for higher tiers is determined at db33's discretion. db33 reserves the right to change VIP benefits.

Responsible Gaming

db33 believes that gaming is an entertainment activity and should never become a source of financial or mental stress. For this reason, we place the highest importance on responsible gaming.

7.1 Self-Control Tools

• db33 is not responsible for the content of any external websites linked from the platform
• Full responsibility for any problems arising from a user voluntarily providing false information lies with that user

9.1 Force Majeure

db33 will not be liable for service disruptions caused by natural disasters, cyberattacks, government restrictions, or any other uncontrollable circumstances. In such situations, db33 will endeavour to restore service as quickly as possible.

Account Suspension & Closure

db33 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close a user's account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions
• Evidence of fraudulent activity
• Operating multiple accounts
• Abuse of the bonus system
• Harassment of other users or db33 staff
• The user's own voluntary request to close the account

If valid funds remain at the time of account closure, they will be returned to users who are in compliance with the terms and conditions through the designated process. However, if the account is closed due to a breach of terms, funds may be seized.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute between db33 and a user will first be addressed through an attempt at resolution by discussion. Users can submit complaints by contacting our support team.

General Provisions

If any clause of these terms and conditions is deemed unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain fully in effect. If db33 waives any clause without modifying it, that will not be considered a permanent waiver.

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between db33 and the user, and replace all previous oral or written discussions. These terms and conditions are written in Bengali and the Bengali version will be considered the definitive version.
